The IESG has received a request from the Building Blocks for HTTP APIs WG (httpapi) to consider the following document: - 'api-catalog: a well-known URI and link relation to help discovery of APIs' <draft-ietf-httpapi-api-catalog-05.txt> as Proposed Standard
The IESG plans to make a decision in the next few weeks, and solicits final comments on this action. Please send substantive comments to the [email protected] mailing lists by 2024-11-11. Exceptionally, comments may be sent to [email protected] instead. In either case, please retain the beginning of the Subject line to allow automated sorting. Abstract This document defines the "api-catalog" well-known URI and link relation. It is intended to facilitate automated discovery and usage of the APIs published by a given organisation or individual. A request to the api-catalog resource will return a document providing information about, and links to, the publisher's APIs. The file can be obtained via https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-httpapi-api-catalog/ No IPR declarations have been submitted directly on this I-D. The document contains these normative downward references.
