As of 0940 UTC on 4 November the IETF Datatracker is experiencing an outage that is being actively worked on.
Currently Datatracker remains working so that participants can join Meetecho for IETF 121 sessions and slides already loaded into Datatracker seem to be available. We will send a further update with more information as it becomes available and when the outage is resolved.
