I was not suggesting that everything was in a library, and it is quite
possible (in fact I would say very likely indeed) that you cannot just
re-program your MTA using existing parameters/APIs
Rather than at scale, we may need to test specific features partially.
I am not sure that Agile and bake-offs will work well together -- are
you proposing some change to the WG Charter to require that ?
The charter already specifies various areas. I don't think it should detail
how to test development in each one. However, interoperability with partially
implemented DKIM2 implementation could be considered, besides interoperability
with existing standards.
