the "Yahoogle" stance is that absent an SPF or DKIM pass that is aligned
with the RFC5322 From header field there will be no delivery at all

now you may find that remains aspirational for some sending IP ranges
for some members of the "Yahoogle" cabal -- but exactly where it is
enforced as of today is, not surprisingly, not published anywhere
(because spammers are also capable of reading)

Major mailbox providers have been using machine learning for their spam
classification systems for at least two decades.

You should now complain that the spam senders don't publish anything.

from what I recall of the first of Ian Levy's progress documents there
was some detailed information about the impact of email authentication
systems on the prevalence of phishing of UK Government entities
