I'd suggest (attempt):

OLD
It is a simple program describing ranges of data to copy from the output to recreate the input.

NEW
The value of DKIM2-Delta-Body can be viewed as a simple program describing, in order, ranges of data to copy (c= command) from the modified message body, intermixed with replacement lines (t= or b= commands) to be inserted as the next line of text, to recreate the original message body.


Also, clarify that the CRFL at the end of a b= command is implied, which means a b= specifies exactly one line of text.
