Yes(ish) - I'm pretty longhaul-flight-weary at the moment after a marathon few 
months, but that may well change by March!

If I don't go, I will definitely participate remotely.

Yes, we should.  It's a chance to get participation from people who aren't 
usually involved, and we're definitely making active progress.  We'll only need 
an hour for sure.

I imagine that the times which best suit Europe and East Coast USA are going to 
be hotly contested, with a lot of working groups wanting to grab them!  I think 
that's OK for me - if I'm not here in person I'll still be shifting my waking 
hours so I'm awake for the meeting times.
