Sorry to trouble everyone if this is irrelevant to
the group!
I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could
find info on the actual metrics used to evaluate QoS - in particular any
methodologies (MATHS!!!) used for a vector of parameters :
i.e. [ delay, loss_rate,
throughput, jitter ]
