I just submitted the -01 version of the problem statement. This includes revisions based on the list discussion of the past few weeks. Aside from general wordsmithing mainly focused on providing a multiple application view vs. a device-centric view, the primary changes are as follows:
- Removed section 4 (the Using CMS section) - Added text regarding the need for multiple TA formats - Added most recent TA definition (from Steve K.) - Added text indicating add/removal operations are necessary - Added security consideration regarding integrity and authentication (this was in the Section 4 before) - Clarified that TA managers must be in control of scope constraints
