Yes, certainly. And when I didn't, I helped lead the effort to reform
the structure of the IETF.... That worked for a couple more years.


(Without reorganization, we couldn't even have a IPSec WG.  Steve Kent
prevented it.)

Sadly, the IETF changed from an organization where Vint Cerf, even as
he was being criticized, could wear a bathing suit under his perpetual
3-piece wear.  A sense of humor and camaraderie has been lost.
