Sudden burst of insanity - I was interrupted when I was typing this part of
the review, and now realize that in
Spencer: Section 2.2 talks about timeout values that you DO expect to
change, but some of these are "number of PPP packets" - you might point
out
"PPP" doesn't look like "generic packets" - that's what I meant to say, I've
NEVER thought ARP had anything to do with Point-to-Point Protocol :-(
