As part of my job for an open source consultancy specialising in real-time
communications i see both of the issues mentioned above occur from time to
time. As such i'm very exited to see a proposal for an IETF working group
which addresses these very issues. And therefor i fully endorse the creation of
this working group and will be eagerly awaiting it results.
