I just looked at the subscriber's list available to list members at https://www.ietf.org/mailman/roster/ietf, and I don't find the string "santronics" on that page. There are, however, 30 people whose list membership is undisclosed, so I might have missed something. Are you sure you actually subscribed, though? Don't forget that there's a confirmation step.
