Another is to not have any (physical) meetings, ever.  I've heard
all the arguments against this approach for years, and I think they're
all oudated: every kind of interaction that's possible in a physical
meeting is now possible in an online one.  It's simply a matter of
having the will to commit to the technology and to work through the
(no doubt numerous) issues that will surface while using it.

This facilitates more involvement.  It dramatically cuts costs.
It avoids the hassles and risks of travel, including the increasingly
privacy-hostile intrusions of various governments.  It's more flexible.
It allows near-global participation regardless of geography, schedule,
budget, etc.

And more than anything, it would show that the IETF is actually committed
to, you know, *using the Internet*.
