It really only affects the creation of the desktop applications. On Mac, doing pip install pyshortcuts==1.5 and then `larch -m` should work. I will try to get out a release of larch 0.9.47 by the end of the month that fixes all this. And, FWIW, the pyepics vd Py3.7.6 problem is now resolved.
