The only client I was able to find that did it properly was WinZip. I just pointed it at the first of the .zip files (note: the buildservice sends ifolder-client.z01 as ifolder-client.zip -- so I had to download them manually and fix up the names first, then transfer them to a Windows machine) and it was able to extract the ifolder client setup exe.
