For fedora/centos apache uses /etc/httpd/conf.d ... you
used /etc/apache2/conf.d in the transcript.

My quick fix on fedora was to make a symbolic link from /etc/apache2
to /etc/httpd . why ? it this: simias-server-setup asks for the path, but
ifolder-admin-setup and ifolder-web-setup don't and want/force to
use /etc/apache2 .
Bugs on this were already filed by me.

Best regards
