Matthew O'Gorman,
Getting the CLI for iFolder UI client is a good idea. Also you can think about
porting the client to mobile platform like iPhone etc.
iFolder 3 is known for feature rich client, getting rid of gui might rip off
many features. So you have to identify the core features (mandatory) and make
it available through CLI.
May be I can help you sometimes, good luck.

Some people on irc channel asked that I posted my ideas here.

I am working on porting ifolder gui client to cli client. I was thinking about
something like this
ifolder-cli sync [dir]
ifolder-cli merge dir ifolder-dir
ifolder-cli info dir
ifolder-cli ls
ifolder-cli share dir user [read/read+write/full/owner]
ifolder-cli revert dir -delete

Right now I am just getting rid of gui code and seeing where ifolder calls the
functions.
What do you think?
