Ok, so it's fixed now.  I left these values as the internal IP (NAT) 
space, because I figured as far as the server is concerned...this is 
what it thinks its external IP is (because of the NATing).  However, it 
appears the system needs the real external IP (or DNS name) in there 
regardless of the NAT, which I modified and everything seems to be 
working better now.

Wow.  I can't believe I actually didn't just try that before.  Very 
unlike me. <grin>  Thanks for the help though!  Can't wait to really 
start playing now...
