I downloaded the binary for Windows XP and have been trying to use it to extract data from a mobile action GT600 with it. It automatically detects the device at serial3, even though XP only lists the device as "other device" and says additional software is needed to use it. When I try do download the tracks it says "Configuration could not be downloaded from GPS Tracker: Invalid answer package 130101". Do I need to install the mobile action software before I am able to use igotu2gpx with my GT600? I have been successfully using igotu2gpx on Ubuntu to extract data from the same device.
