Thanks Tamas, for your answer. In the same "bug status" webpage is said that igraph "already has weighted edge-betweenness calculation". But in the help page of edge.betweenness function I couldn't find how to use the weights in this calculation. Would you (or anybody) be so kind and tell me how to do it?
