Hi,
in the page http://igraph.org/python/doc/igraph.GraphBase-class.html#neighbors
it's said

Returns adjacent vertices to a given vertex.

   Parameters:
   vertex - a vertex ID
mode - whether to return only predecessors (OUT), successors (IN) or
   both (ALL).

It seems to me that it inverts the meaning between predecessors an successors. A quick test on igraph seems to confirm: if I get v from neighbors(u,mode=OUT) and I search for (v,u) i.e. v is a predecessor of u, I cannot find the edge, while the contrary works.

Thank you for this beautiful work,
Matteo
