Hi,
I'm not sure what the compiler complains about here; in my version,
refine_equal_to_first in bliss/graph.hh is not initialized to anything, and
neither it is in the official tarball of the igraph package.
Can you try updating your compiler to a newer version, or, alternatively,
try installing the development version of the R package of igraph from
Github? It can be done like this:
devtools::install_github("gaborcsardi/pkgconfig")
devtools::install_github("igraph/rigraph")
T.
