Hi,
I have an HP Deskjet F300 Printer. I use Hardy Heron. Linux recognizes
the printer but whenever I try to print something, it does not print. I can
see the pen of the printer moving but it does not print and linux shows that
that paper has been printed. (Actually, only blank paper comes out).
However, the printer works perfectly in Windows XP which suggests that Linux
is at fault.
But it is interesting to note that the printer can also
be used for scanning which works perfectly in Ubuntu (using Xsane Image
scanner). How can I make the printer print?Plz tell me a quick solution as
my family members are not much of a linux enthusiast.
