Hi I am aware of their concept. We can provide venue as well as partner them. Also we can present there. But beware that this is just a couple of days before minor 2. Lunch is a messy affair though. Where would we have it and how? Cleanliness shall have to be ensured. The venue must look the same before and after. As for "big event" refer to my other mail mentioning our proposed official participation in tryst'09. No other organisation need formally be there. Regards Gajendra
