For a venue at VI LT2, the schedule at WindT does not make sense from the perspective of those attending and deciding to present on the fly. Nobody is going to get up from VI LT2 and go to WindT to make an entry on the sheet. If the sheet is a copy of the master being maintained at VI LT2, that still makes sense if we have a mechanism of keeping them in sync.
