I also agree with the fact what Mr. Ishan has mentioned .The learning
efficiency of children is much much better then grown ups.I also have the
same example but I think no need to repeat the same idea.

        But the role of motivation in human life can't be summarized here in
few words .But I'll give say take your own example and you will come to that
whatever you have done till now that is all about the motivation what you
get from your environment.Sometimes we get this from our family and some
times we get it from our teacher and from our society as well.

       But the role of a good teacher and parents is really the most
important because the major part of our childhood (embedded system hard
coding period ) spend with these people.So what is our fundamental behavior
that will  mostly dependent on them.
