Hi Friends, One of my friend was using some server in US for downloading purpose.But due to some legal/patent issues ,he had to close it.He again wants to start it from any Europian country.Reason he told me is speed and cost issues comes in between.What exactly he is looking for is in following mail saint by him.Please go through technical and legal issues,and suggest some country wherever it would be possible to start.
