Wubi creates a file wubildr on C drive to access ubuntu partition during
boot. It could be that you've accidentally deleted that file from C Drive.
The link below contains wubildr. Check if it sorts out your problem. Open C
drive (assuming you have installed windows on C drive), and paste the file
downloaded from the link.
