Well, I am also planning to buy a separate and dedicate flat (most probably
near Kalu Sarai) for all these purpose.  Will try to setup lowcost recording
studio for making FOSSCasts which i will embed in custom ubuntu OS for
school. Lets see how much I/we can do it.
