I hav a wireless modem. Both the computers are connected with wires. So it
is being used as wired connection(bt not as wireless connection like wifi).
My system has Ubuntu 8.04 and the other system has windows in it(no linux).
Both systems are connected to modem through wires although modem is a
wireless modem. And system is having dynamic ip address and is
automatically connected to the internet when system boots.

Please help me distributing the bandwidth to two different PCs or even sites
on same PC. As any automatic download in firefox or watching youtube
videos(ipl live or any offline video) eats up all the bandwidth. And other
pc is unable to open a single site after that.
