But there are not many user of blender in India.
If one really have to promote it, then we should find a way to force
animation and vfx institute and training center to incorporate it in
there curriculum or atleast make student aware of blender potential.

For CAD software... I afraid Industry won't take risk to accept any
open-source software to accomplish there crucial task in time.

But with project like blender architecture, i think day is not far
when Blender will sweep out all the proprietary crap out there.
