No, you do not need any plugin to open office files on MS office. All you
need OpenOffice Software for windows. I always carry their exe files for
windows , even for Firefox. whenever I got chance, I try to install them ,
like cyber cafe etc.,

No, its not like that, you can create a new suite which can open its file.
Here is a 1% implementation of Openoffice in web -

contribute. student can project under my guidance to developer such project
which are needed.

If somebody is a civil  or any other department where linux is not alall
used then he will come to know about linux using Print shop.
Long back before proxy system, I implemented Squid proxy server for Hostel.
I kept my system for this purpose. this is to get speed. I wanted  to block
all Traffic of IE so that User can switch to Firefox for better browsing.  I
was not successful 100%.
