By sorting them according to size, you will be able to filter out small files which are causing the nuisance(cached files). A script which deletes small files can also come to the rescue ;) Or if you have an idea about the size of the images, lets say those images were taken using a digital cam and is approximately 2MB each, so we can filter the images which are atleast 1.5MB and move them to a new place. In any case there is some manual work involved.
