Firstly, to be directed to ur own computer, you would need an IP of your
own, not the local intra-net ip. In other words, you must be directly
connected to the internet, not be behind a proxy.

If you can avail any hosting services that is directly connected to the
internet( perhaps a college provided homepage, you can get a subdomain, like
www.iitd.in/<your-sub-domain>). If you want an entire domain of your own,
you will have to register it with a DNS. For free DNS service you can try
http:/freedns.afraid.org <http://freedns.afraid.org>, they offer masked
redirection too.
