I have got a Offlist email where a member of this mailing list asked me where should he post some link ? He was worry about that somebody will make a counter argument or something else. So I saw a fear in newbies on participate on the mailing list. One the reason that somebody who try to mail to mailing list, we try to guide him for the posting and many other things.. So I request to think on our mailing list. There are total 1200+ subscriptions on mailing list but newbies do not participate much. We need to act better. I propose to disable "(TOP/BOTTOM) Posting Guidelines" for the sake for newbies, Let the newbies and other learn from other guys.. Or just add your thoughts it to your signature footers
