I used Frontech card however that was PCI and most of the people warned me that my monitor would go bad if I used it, sure enough now one of the colour gun in my CRT is not working I really cannot attribute it to the TV Tuner card or it was an inherent problem of My Mercury V551 monitor (Very old monitor ~ 6 years).
