Problem is not there with existing interfaces. In recent months, the increased use of cleartrip, makemytrip etc compelled IRCTC to upgrade its solution too and so we have a slightly better UI then before. The problem is when we try to book ticked in tatkal quota and the UI does not yield any useful information even in ah nour. The Server is slow, and needs optimization.
