Yes scribus is pretty good and i use that too. But i'm not the graphic designer, and instead get already made designs in photoshop or illustrator. I keep picking small jobs where someone has already got the designs made and need to get them converted into html, or also get them developed. Gimp is good, but can't properly open photoshop files. Many times some layers are not displayed. I know why this happens, but can't do anything as designs are made by someone else.
