Now, can you pls tell what all you did, before you felt that this question isn't properly answered on the net, and has to be put in a forum? Did you even Google, or is it Bing for you? Post those results, then people can see what you have done, and can help you from that point onwards. And, if you haven't done any such thing, then there really is no point for you to try LFS. Linux/Unix and LFS are for people who are willing to experiment and learn, not for people who want tech-support, like what MS and apple provide. But before everything, improve your questioning etiquette: http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html For those who say, that I should have been more considerate and helpful in my reply: 1. My reply wouldn't have been so strong, normally. But I think this is the second un-researched question, that has posted by this guy. If its a mundane topic, I can understand 4-5 such questions, but LFS isn't. And even the first Q was whether Android has an SDK (????) 2. There have been instances of thread-jacking, inspite of people telling him to stop it. > It's very difficult, close to impossible. You might be able to do it > using cygwin though, but I don't know. Unfortunately, somebody has replied while I was typing this mail. Typing this took longer than it would have taken to give the answer, but the purpose of LFS would have been defeated, and if and when he starts it, we would be facing a deluge of questions that would have been sufficiently well-answered in other places. I hope this mail acts as a deterrent to such, I should say, silly and stupid (being un-researched) questions. -- Lots o' Luv, Phani Bhushan Let not your sense of morals prevent you from doing what is right - Isaac Asimov (Salvor Hardin in Foundation and Empire) Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
