Developer Requirement: Person should be able to do an end-to-end development and have sufficient experience(2-4 years) to be an independent developer.
Prefered platform is Java and javascript. Java experience should cover environments like Spring, JEE, including persistence frameworks like Hibernate and JPA. Persons with experience with MySQL, Postgres, Mongodb will be great. Persons who use IDEs like Eclipse of JetBrains with tools like Maven will be best. Javascript experience using Angular or ReactJS would be best. Data analytics experience and capability would be great. Operating system experience should be Linux or UNIX. All in all persons with clear fundamentals who have worked on projects that have gone live with businesses depending on them.
