HACCP itu berlaku untuk bahan pangan mentah, makanan � jadi, & makanan jadi....baik export ataupun import. Selalu dicantumkan di certificate of quality conformance / analysis atau certificate of origin...tgt negara mana yg mengeluarkan produk tersebut. Kalau yg mau diexport itu IKAN HIAS....tentunya tidak termasuk kategori diatas. Ikan hias jamaknya pake surat persetujuan ekspor dari Balai Karantina Hewan & Dep. Perikanan & Kelautan karena harus refer ke CITES. Ikan hias yg masuk daftar CITES, lebih sulit surat-suratnya....contoh Arwana. Kalau ikan itu dikirim via kargo udara international.....ijin export Bea Cukai baru keluar kalo surat persetujuan dari BKH & Dep. Peri-Kela itu ada.
