Penggunaan probiotik sendiri juga dah digunakan di peternakan or perikanan. Yang gue tau saat ini para breeder burung kicau secara rutin memberikan probiotic tetes ke indukan burung mereka ..termasuk juga burung-burung lomba. Di perikanan yang gue tau masih digunakan untuk di tambak or kolam pembenihan ... Gue pernah cerita kan yang dikasih orang obat anti algae ? itu sebenarnya probiotik wits .... jadi si probiotik menyehatkan ikan disamping dia berebut pakan dengan algae ... dan karena berebut pakan dengan algae makanya blooming algae bisa dihindari ...
