pak Heri, tergantung bak-nya bekas tempat apaan...umum-nya sih hanya dibilas bersih saja sudah cukup....atau mau aman-nya setelah dibilas direndam selam 3-4 hari trus diganti lagi air-nya dgn yg baru...mungkin bpk ada detail lebih soal bak tsb bekas penampungan apa....
