Sekedar sharing saja, saya menggunakan ikan "Grass Carp" untuk membersihkan kolam dari lumut tebal. Grass Carp seperti ikan mas berwarna hitam namun agak lonjong kalau dilihat dari atas. Ikan ini cukup murah saya beli seharga Rp.7,500 untuk ukuran 35-40cm. Ikan ini pada dasarnya adalah pemakan tumbuhan, tapi pelet pun mau dan dengan koi akur-akur saja.
