Itu chip ada data & no urutnya..no urut itu sudah di register di CITES sono (Prancis kayaknya?)
Hanya kementrian / badan pemerintahan terkait yg boleh mengeluarkannya/menyebarkannya kepada setiap penangkar arwana. Tiap toko resmi kudu beli itu chip dari kementrian utk dipasang dibadan ikan arwana yg dijual belikan. Sementara sertifikatnya....saya kurang paham..tapi kayaknya blanko dari kementrian....nanti toko tinggal mengetikan no urut chipnya & menandatangani + stempel. Kurang lebihnya,...ada yg lebih jago tuh. Sejauh ini hanya Arwana SR yg pake chip & sertifikat. RTG ; Banjar Red; Pinoh ; Jardini masih belum pake beginian.
