Bintik2 putih memang namanya penyakit white spot. Kalo mata buram namanya cloudy eyes. Cara pengobatan sama metodenya.
Kalo mau sistem karantina, aquarium yg tidak berisi ikan harus juga diobati. Atau bisa menunggu 3 hari-3 minggu sampai white spot mati karena tidak bisa menemukan ikan sbg host/inang tempat dia hidup. Cara karantina demikian terutama untuk akuarium air laut, karena pengobatan dengan seringkali membunuh invertebrat dan koral. Untuk air laut bisa digunakan produk marine cure, sera costapur.
