Yikes... Actually I do remember reading that now. Is it reasonable to expect that (rnrs mutable-pairs) will eventually export cons? Actually.... it will have to export all pair constructing functions in rnrs. I guess what Eduardo meant is that some library will have to do this eventually, even if it's not called (rnrs mutable-pairs).
