A long time ago, Ypsilon only shipped with (gl) and (glut), so Ikarus
followed suit. Ypsilon has since started including (glu) as well.

Attached is a version of (glu) I've been using with Ikarus for many
months now. Can we ship this with Ikarus?

My workaround has been to have a library (agave glu) which provides
implementations for both Ypsilon and Ikarus, but hopefully I can remove
that soon.

I created the (glu) library below before Ypsilon had one; it's a port of
one for Gambit-C by David St-Hilaire (I got his permission to use it).
Of course, feel free to use the one from Ypsilon with the ffi compat
library, but beware; I'm not sure the compat library covers some of the
stuff Fujita's doing in there.
