How investor can make money?
(1) MF GLOBAL
Deposit = $10,000
(2)fxcm (mini account)
Deposit = $3,000
Currency trading = Great Britain Pound (GBP)
Price movement = $6.25 for 1 pip
Brokerage fee = $94
If the currency for GBP move from 1.9700 to 1.9750, there will be
50 pips here (1.9750-1.9700=50 pips)
The formula to calculate net profit/loss = (pips movement x price
movement) - brokerage fee
so the profits for above situation = (50 x 6.25) - 94
= $218.50
Bear in mind that the above calculation is the daily trading, if
investor convert $218.50 to Ringgit
$218.50 x RM 3.50 = RM 764.75
So, investor will get profit RM764.75 per transaction (normally per
day)
