Hehe, simple-nya: prl utk nentuin si handset bisa scan network apa aja, untuk kemudian terhubung. kalo mau bisa flexi, ya di prl harus tercantum parameter flexi. kalo mau bisa fren, ya di prl harus tercantum parameter fren. dst. Kalo mau bisa semua, ya semua parameter masing2 operator harus ada di prl tsb. cmiiw..
